Archil Sikharulidze was born on October 16, 1988 in Tbilisi, Georgia. He is doing his doctoral studies at Georgian Institute of Public Affairs in Social Sciences – Public Administration/Public Policy. He is a co-founder of the Center for Systemic Political Research and an editor of the Georgian Journal of Systemic Politics (GJSP).
Currently, he holds a position of an invited lecturer in Ethics, Administrative Corruption and Public Administration at Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University and of an analyst/project assistant in Norwegian Helsinki Committee.
He actively writes on political processes in post-Soviet space for various prominent media outlets such as OpenDemocracy, New Eastern Europe, Russia Direct, Izvestia, Caucasian House, OC-Media, GeorgiaToday and etc.
His doctoral thesis deals with “Policy Analysis: Unified Entrance Examinations Reform in Georgia”.
